“The woman who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The woman who walks alone is likely to find herself in places no one has ever been before.”
― Albert Einstein

Hi there, I'm Pam, a recovered follower, people-pleaser, and peacekeeper! Those were my starring roles, and I rocked them. They were my cozy hiding spots, my reasons for staying in my comfort zone—and, wow, do I have some stories about how “not good enough” kept fueling my inner critic.

Instead of being true to myself and pursuing what I really wanted, here’s what I did:

  • I pretended to be someone I wasn’t just to fit in.

  • I settled for toxic relationships because I didn’t think much of myself.

  • I believed that little voice in my head, telling me I wasn’t good enough to succeed.

  • I clung to jobs that weren’t right for me because I lacked confidence in my abilities.

  • I let others' expectations and opinions dictate my path and actions.

  • I craved approval and cared way too much about what others thought, because I didn’t trust my own judgment.

  • I numbed my emotions with food and alcohol, leading to high blood pressure and nearly slipping into alcoholism.

But here’s where the real story begins!

It wasn’t one big, defining event that changed everything. Instead, it was a blend of people, situations, and challenges that shaped those "not good enough" stories about myself.

At the age of 10, I became a girl on a mission to quiet my inner critic and understand why it felt so impossible to silence those negative thoughts.

I know it might sound strange, but I’m grateful for all those life experiences and the people who unknowingly played a role in leading me to where I stand today—a woman still on a mission, using what she’s learned to help others quiet their own inner critics and stand confidently in who they are.

And I owe heaps of gratitude to my first coach, an incredible person who helped me challenge those "not good enough" stories. Through coaching, I experienced some profound transformations:

  • I skyrocketed my self-confidence and began to see what was possible.

  • I created powerful tools to transform my inner critic into my inner supporter.

  • I finally realized that fitting in with myself was far more important than trying to meet others’ expectations.

  • My authentic voice became the loudest one in my head, quieting all the negative chatter.

  • I became a mentally, emotionally, and physically healthier version of myself.

  • I discovered an #unstoppable determination to make a positive impact and build a legacy of empowerment. Today, I’m doing work that ignites my soul—work that I’m head over heels in love with and passionately believe in. It’s like finding the perfect ice cream flavor but infinitely better!

Since 2005, I’ve had the incredible privilege of coaching and teaching thousands of people, empowering them to create an #unstoppable mindset. They’ve learned not only to believe in themselves but also to embrace the endless possibilities waiting for them.
